Policies, Terms and Conditions:

MrPokerChips.com is dedicated to superb customer service. We strive to make every purchase as simple as walking into the store but from the comfort of your home. You will receive an email confirmation from us upon reciept of your order. With the exception of products that state otherwise in the description, please allow 24-72 hours for processing of your order from the time of receipt of payment. If any merchandise is not available, we may hold all or part of the order until it is complete. In the event that individual items are going to be backordered for an extended time period or are no longer available, we may opt to remove them from the order and issue a partial refund. If there is individual merchandise that is backordered or no longer available, we may chose to ship the part of or the remainder of your order immediately and, if applicable, ship the backordered item(s) at no additional shipping when they become available.


MrPokerChips.com will allow EXCHANGES only of merchandise purchased within 14 days. A receipt must accompany your merchandise. To exchange your product you must contact us via email within 14 days of purchase at CS@MrPokerChips.com. At that time please give us all of your information including name, contact number and email address along with the product purchased and the reason for return as well as the product number and description of the new product you would like to purchase. We will reply to your request within 72 hours with complete instructions for your exchange.


NOTE: POKER CHIPS - We can not guarantee color matching from order to order. Our manufacturers change the pantones on us all the time. Within the same order we will always ship the same colors within a denomination but we can not guarantee exact color matching / inlay matching between different orders. The change is never going to be a switch from purple to yellow or a completely different color, but changes between shades is something that is outside of our control.


Basically, if we screw up, we'll take care of it. If you screw up (like order the wrong product or quantity) or change your mind, we're not going to pay for your mistakes. We are in business to make a profit but we always put ourselves in your shoes when making a decision.

General Questions


Can I change an order once it’s placed?

We cannot change an order once its been printed in our warehouse. We can cancel the order for you, providing it has not shipped yet, and you may remake the order with appropriate changes. Just because your order status has not been updated does not mean the order has not shipped yet, orders are normally updated within a few hours except for periods of high volume such as the holidays.

 What should I do if I receive error messages while ordering?

Email our customer service department at CS@MrPokerChips.com to make sure your order went through. It is always a good idea to make sure the order was completed in our system. Before remaking the order, email us to double-check, to protect yourself from duplicate orders being placed in error.

 Shipping Questions 

Who does MrPokerChips.com ship through? What are my options?

MrPokerChips.com uses US Postal Service, UPS, ABF Freight, DHL, Fedex, Independent Carriers, etc...to ship their products, unless a specified carrier is picking up, and an appointment is made. For pickups from another carrier, please email our customer service department to inquire about a time and date, when ordering at CS@MrPokerChips.com  

MAIL WARNING - As a convenience to our customers, MrPokerChips.com offers mail as a cost-effective shipping method for smaller orders on some products. This method is lower in price than other shipping options because it does not include insurance and in some cases, it does not include the ability to track the order. Please keep this in mind when selecting this option as your method of shipping. In the unlikely event that a package is shipped through the Postal Mail and is not delivered, MrPokerChips.com will not be held responsible. There will be no refund or replacements sent. It will be up to the customer if they would like to place another order at regular cost to replace the missing order. We will not be responsible if your item(s) is/are lost. There are no exceptions.  Please choose another shipping option if you would like your package guaranteed to get to its location.

Mail can take up to 2 weeks for delivery so please allow at least this time frame before placing a replacement order. If you order a 2nd order, we are not responsible for any charges that may have occurred. 

When will my order ship?

Orders usually ship between 24-72 hours of being processed.  

*During periods of high volume, such as the holiday season, allow 4-5 days for an order to ship.

* If you need a package to arrive by a specific date, you MUST select 3 Day, 2 Day, OR Next Day to get delivery on a specific date but keep in mind that the processing time still applies. During times of high volume it can take up to three days to process the order before it ships.

Orders made with these priority shipping methods usually leave by the same day or next business day.

How do you figure out when your package will arrive?

Transit time begins by counting the next business day, not counting Saturdays and Sundays, or major holidays.

Deliveries to states outside the 48 contiguous states do not have specific transit times.

Can I get Saturday delivery?

Saturday delivery is not available through most carriers. 

Can I change my shipping method after the order is made?

We cannot change a shipping method or items on an order once an order has been printed in our warehouse. The order will be cancelled. A new order can be made. You must email our customer service department to cancel an order, at CS@MrPokerChips.com.

Orders that are cancelled may not be processed in time to cancel before it is due to ship.

Credit Cards  by 
We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard,  and Discover. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be billed upon shipment of your order.

Money Orders, Cashier’s Checks, Company Checks, & Personal Checks  by 
We accept money orders, cashier’s checks, personal checks, and company checks in U.S. Dollars only. Orders are processed upon receipt of a money order or cashier’s check. For personal and company checks, please allow up to 10 banking days after receipt for clearance of funds before the order is processed. We cannot guarantee the availability of a product by the time funds clear or payment is received. We will charge a $25 fee on all returned checks.

Multiple Product Orders  by 
For a multiple product order, we will make every attempt to ship all products contained in the order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise. You will only be charged for products contained in a given shipment, plus any applicable shipping charges. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt. The entirety of this shipping charge may be applied to the first product(s) shipped on a multiple shipment order.

Order Acceptance Policy  by 
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Sample Store reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.

Other Conditions  by 
These Conditions will supersede any terms and/or conditions you include with any purchase order, regardless of whether Sample Store. signs them or not. We reserve the right to make changes to this site and these Conditions at any time.

Out-of-Stock Products  by 
We will ship your product as it becomes available. Usually, products ship the same day if ordered by 5:00PM  , or by the next business day if your order is received after this time and for orders received on Saturday, Sunday or any major holiday. However, there may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock which will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping.

We keep your personal information private and secure. When you make a purchase from our site, you provide your name, email address, credit card information, address, phone number, and a password. We use this information to process your orders, to keep you updated on your orders and to personalize your shopping experience.

Our secure servers protect your information using advanced encryption techniques and firewall technology.

To keep you informed about our latest offers, we may notify you of current promotions, specials and new additions to the Sample Store site. You may unsubscribe from our newsletters by following the unsubscribe instructions in any email you receive from us.

When entering any of our contests or prize drawings, you provide your name, email address and mailing address. If you win, we will send the prize to the address entered and notify you by email. When you enter a contest or drawing you are also included in our newsletter list to receive notice of promotions, specials and new additions to the Sample Store site. You may unsubscribe from this news list by following the unsubscribe instructions in any email received.

We use "cookies" to keep track of your current shopping session to personalize your experience and so that you may retrieve your shopping cart at any time.

Returns  by 
We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase. Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return 30 days from the date of purchase.

Shipping Policy  by 
Shipping Time -- Most orders received before 5:00PM will ship the same day, provided the product ordered is in stock. Most orders received after 5:00 PM will ship the next business day. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, except by prior arrangement.

We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by Sample Store or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.

Taxes  by 
Our Store shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the same state. For orders shipped to other states, you are solely responsible for all sales taxes or other taxes.

Typographical Errors  by 
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Our Store shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Our Store shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Our Store shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price
